According to a recent report by Android Authority, the Pixel 8a's display will boast a faster refresh rate than its predecessor. Moreover, it's expected to run on the Tensor G3 chipset, the same powerful processor found in the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

The Pixel 8a is rumored to feature a 6.1-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, it is expected to reach a peak HDR brightness of 1,400 nits, matching the higher-end Pixel 8 model. This would be a significant improvement over the Pixel 7a, which had a 90Hz screen.

Under the hood, the Pixel 8a is said to be powered by the Tensor G3 chipset, similar to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. However, there might be a variation in the chipset used.
